umm...yeah no time to update lately(obviously). i find it faster to slop together words at this point in my busy life..read my words here -

 

the capitol statesman 10k was on 032909. pictured here is one of the big curved roads we ran through. running alongside a myriad of people aspiring to be as fit as you is very inspiring. the weather was beautiful and i barely sweat. 10Ks in austin are definitely one of my deep seeded loves.

sxsw 2009 was awesome, but too short lived for me this year. i definitely missed out on a lot of the big bands and probably should have checked out more bands instead of sitting at home, stressing about upcoming tests. school really does get in the way of fun.. pictured here: me and phuong patiently waiting in the front row in between sets. front row or go home at shows is my theory to enjoying concerts.

i've never been one to keep plants. but this little puppy is so low maintenance and cute. props to a mister nick davis for getting this for me during our secret valentine exchange. think secret santa, but a valentine's day version. i only have to water this bamboo tree once weekly, and it sits pretty by my window sill, soaking up rays of sun during the day. let's see how long it survives.. :D
